Rates based on double occupancy

Weeknight: Sun-Thurs- $150.00 per  night

 

Weekend: Fri-Sat- $170.00 per night

 

Additional guests: $15 per guest per night

A cleaning fee of $50.00 per stay

A 100% deposit is due at the time of booking.  If a booking is cancelled 30 days prior to check-in a full refund will be given.  If a booking is cancelled within 30 days of check-in a service fee of 25% will be charged unless a new booking can be made for the dates being cancelled.
